To request account closure, contact support and provide:

  • Your registered email

  • Your Date of birth

  • Last Transaction (Date & Amount)

  • A brief reason for closing

For security, we recommend logging out of all devices once your account is closed.

Account reopening

Contact us with:

  • Your registered email

  • Your Date of birth

  • Last Transaction (Date & Amount)

  • Your request and reason of previous closure

Our team will review your request and respond.

Data deletion

As a licensed platform, we are required to retain certain account data for at least 5 years to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
