Deposit missing?

Deposits are usually instant, but occasionally there may be a delay.

Here’s what to check:

  • Your bank account for pending or completed transactions

  • That the payment was successfully processed

If your funds are still missing, please contact support and provide:

  • Email

  • Date of birth

  • Date of transaction

  • Amount

  • Proof of payment (if available)

Deposit declined?

Common reasons include:

  • Insufficient funds

  • Incorrect billing details (e.g., ZIP code mismatch)

  • Bank restrictions

If everything is correct and your deposit still fails, we recommend contacting your bank or reaching out to our support team for help.

Duplicate Charge

If you notice a duplicate charge:

  • Check if one transaction is still pending

If not, contact support with:

  • Email

  • Date of birth

  • Date of transaction

  • Amount

  • Payment method
