How can I request a withdrawal?
Go to "Withdraw" from the Start Page
Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw
Confirm your "bank details" or "push back to debit card"
Submit your request
How long does it take to receive my withdrawal?
Most withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Please note:
Processing times may vary depending on your bank
Weekends and holidays are not included in processing time
What happens after I request a withdrawal?
Your request will be reviewed, this can take up to 24hours
Once completed, the funds are sent to your bank account
You can track the progress in your "Transaction History"
