How can I request a withdrawal?
Go to "Withdraw" from the Start Page
Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw
Confirm your bank details or select Skrill (only available if used to deposit)
Submit your request
Important: Withdrawals to debit or credit cards are not available. You can withdraw to your bank account, or to Skrill if you used Skrill for a recent deposit.
How long does it take to receive my withdrawal?
Most withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Please note:
Processing times may vary depending on your bank
Weekends and holidays are not included in processing time
What happens after I request a withdrawal?
Your request will be reviewed, this can take up to 24hours
Once completed, the funds are sent to your bank account
You can track the progress in your "Transaction History"
