Missing funds?

If your funds haven’t arrived:

  • Transaction ID

  • Date

  • Amount

  • Bank statement (if available)

Withdrawal rejected?

Common reasons include:

  • Incorrect or outdated profile information

  • Using an unsupported account (e.g., business account)

To avoid delays, make sure:

  • Your account is active

  • Your personal and bank details are accurate and up to date

Withdrawal declined?

  • Review and update your account details if needed

  • Submit a new withdrawal request
