How to File a Dispute

If you notice an issue with a transaction or game outcome, you can file a dispute to have it reviewed.

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Reach out to our support team with the following information:

  • Transaction ID or Game ID (found in your Transaction History)

  • Date and time of the issue

  • Screenshots or any visual evidence

  • Brief description of the issue

This helps us investigate your case quickly and accurately.

Step 2: Investigation Process

Once you submit your dispute:

A support specialist verifies your details and opens a formal investigation

Investigation

We review server logs, race results, and payment records to ensure everything complies with regulations

Resolution

We notify you of the outcome via your registered email
