How to Raise a Complaint

If you’re unhappy with any part of your experience, follow this formal resolution process.

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

  • Reach out via Chat or Email

  • Provide your account email, date of occurrence, and any relevant Transaction IDs

Most issues can be resolved immediately at this stage.

Step 2: Formal Internal Review

If the issue is not resolved:

  • Request a Managerial Review

  • Our Management team will conduct a thorough investigation of system logs and account activity
