How to Raise a Complaint
If you’re unhappy with any part of your experience, follow this formal resolution process.
Step 1: Contact Customer Support
Reach out via Chat or Email
Provide your account email, date of occurrence, and any relevant Transaction IDs
Most issues can be resolved immediately at this stage.
Step 2: Formal Internal Review
If the issue is not resolved:
Request a Managerial Review
Our Management team will conduct a thorough investigation of system logs and account activity
